Ardan Spur's a songwriter who wanders between the familiar and unkown - what some might call cosmic folk / indie / Americana-ish. These songs are rooted in acoustic storytelling with traces of oblique lyricism.

Some places just have a way of sticking with you. Songwriting itself is a journey, sometimes taking years to cultivate the right tune.

Recently got back from another trip out through Texas and New Mexico. Something about these landscapes awaken the songwriting mood.
